Sierra Custom Foods provides the whole meat process under one roof. We are fully capable of trimming your meat as well as deboning, slicing & dicing. We offer extremely quick and precise deboning services, producing the exact size and shape for your products.

Temperature Control

Sierra Custom Foods guarantees safe, certified and regulated freezing. For any reasonable length of time, these services are available to you. We use box freezing, which makes meat storage and transportation not only safe and but also convenient.

Food Safety

At Sierra Custom Foods, we do everything within our power to ensure that the quality and safety of your product are preserved through the entire process. We have earned our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and federal safety certifications.

  • We have several forms of freezing; Trichinella Treatment, Blast Freezing, Tempering Capabilities, Custom Boxing & Freezing.
  • Custom packaging is important for many clients. We place your own product within your own custom packaging while continuing to think about safety.
  • Sierra Custom Foods is Federally Certified and we are able to offer to our clients; CFIA re-inspection for products that are being imported, all under one roof.
